Having stayed in quite a number of hotels, we could clearly see how the '2012 Housekeeping Award' was won by one of your hotels. The cleanliness of the rooms and the staff courtesy/discretion are a great credit to you. English hotels hopefully learn a lot from the high standards of the Sandman Hotel Group.
